  1. How to I contact your company? Very simple, call us at 813-493-4163.  If it goes to VM, just leave a message.  We promise to get back with you ASAP.
  2. Do you take debit and credit cards? Yes, we have the ability to take them right at your home or office on our secure network.
  3. How long do I have to wait before I can drive my car? Only a few minutes.
  4. Do I need to re-treat my vehicle or home again? It depends on the amount of traffic in and out of your car, home or office. If you feel like it's been a while, it would not be a bad idea to consider re-fogging the area.  
  5. What other things can your fog do for me? If you have a musty smell, cigarette smoke or dog smell, you can rest-assured the smell is gone.
  6. Can I pay you with a credit card? Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
  7. Can I tip your service tech? Yes, but it's not expected.
  8. Where is your office?  Our main office is in Brandon, FL.  But we are mobile, so we come to your location at our agreed upon time.
  9. Are you licensed and  insured? Yes, we will gladly show you our certifications and our COI.
  10. What are your hours? Our hours are based around our customer's appointments.
  11. How can a car mold affect you? This type of mold usually come in from leaking water.  This mold is not safe to breathe.  It can cause lung problems down the road.
  12. Can you really remove mold from my car?  The answer is yes.  We will treat the mold and get you and your car back to work.
